If you want to check out the group wellness coaching, check out Wellness in Weeks. It helps the participants complete a comprehensive wellness plan- and making it a group session not gives the participants a supportive team to cheer them on, but also makes the experience more affordable.
Before booking an first-time appointment (new clients), please fill out intake form and submit it before your appointment. It takes at least 20 minutes to fill out, so keep that in mind! (If you are a returning client after more than a year, please fill out the intake form again (it helps!), but select a follow-up visit instead of an intake.
All consultations are currently done online via Zoom or by phone. They last approximately 45 minutes. Current appointment slots are available on weekday mornings and limited afternoons. Lily will send you a Zoom link via email once you book your appointment.
