About the event
Humans have been using botanicals for myriad purposes for generations. Burning herbs, resins, barks, and spices is an age-old practice across the globe. Many people are unaware that its use for was for anything other than a good smell.Â
Learn why it is so universal to burn botanicals and about many types across the globe.Â
In this workshop, students will make two types: a loose incense to burn on charcoal and a kepet-style from Egypt. Recipes and charcoal included to continue the fun at home!
