This refreshing and prolific heirloom cuke is delicious for slicing! This was developed at Cornell by Dr. Hervey Munger, who developed it for optimum nutrition.
We like to slice these thinly, add a little sea salt, and put them on a sandwich with herbed cream cheese. (We select Make/Do Dill and Lemon Thyme for this spread!)
