This heirloom variety, Goddess, is slightly sweet and mildly warm pepper with thick walls and is great for pickling or eating fresh in salads. These range from 3.5" to 5.5" long and you will receive a pint basket of 8-9 peppers. 

We grow all our produce following sustainable and organic methods- no pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers, ever! 

We tend to do a "quick pickle" on these- making a brine of 3 parts vinegar and 4 parts water, a bit of salt, sugar, and spices/herbs of choice. We steep these together in a saucepan, then pack our peppers in a jar and cover with brine (be sure all plants are under the brine). Put on a lid and leave in fridge for a few weeks and voila!
